Framing Service Add On (Premium Box Frame)

This add-on is for sets and prints that don't have a frame option on their own page, such as our sets of patent and definition prints.

1. Add your set or print to your basket.
2. Add this frame in the same size as your prints. The print size and frame size must match.
3. Add one frame for each print. For example, a set of 3 prints needs 3 frames.
4. Choose black, white or natural.
5. We print, frame and send your artwork, ready to hang.

For personalised prints, framing happens after you approve your proof.

Every framed print is made to order with a Giclée fine art print on professional archival paper, then framed close to you for faster delivery.

• Premium box frame: real wood, hand-stained with a specialist wax finish, in black, white or natural. Our natural frames are real wood with a high-quality oak-effect finish.
• Fine art print: Giclée printing on premium matte fine art paper with fade-resistant archival inks.
• Glazing: clear acrylic (perspex) glazing protects your print. Mounts are not included.
• Ready to hang: arrives fully assembled, with a cobra hook hanger on frames up to 70×100cm and a sawtooth hanger on larger frames.
• Packaging: packed in rigid, double-walled cardboard for maximum protection in transit.

Choose the frame size that matches your print. Sizes refer to the artwork inside the frame; the box frame adds a 20mm wide face around it.

Keep your framed print out of direct sunlight and away from reflected light from mirrors, glass and other shiny surfaces.

Display it at room temperature in a stable, moisture-free environment, and keep it a safe distance from direct heat sources such as fireplaces or radiators.

Free tracked worldwide delivery on all framed prints. We dispatch Monday to Friday, and premium box framed prints usually arrive in 3–7 business days worldwide.

Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and there may be delays if your parcel is held by customs.

Zero import duties

Framed prints are made close to you, in the UK, the EU, the USA, Australia or Canada, so there are no customs duties to pay worldwide.

Refunds & cancellations

Our framing service is made to order, so we can't accept refunds or cancellations on framed items. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll send a replacement.

Lost parcels

Lost parcel claims can be made 5 working days after the due delivery date for UK orders and 10 working days after for international orders. If your parcel is declared lost, we'll send a replacement.
