Framing Service Add On (Classic Frame)

This is an add on for any of our prints, To use our framing service please add to cart the print or prints you would like then add this product to your cart. Please note that the print size and frame size must match. For example if you would like an A2 print and you want it framed you would need to add an A2 frame to your cart. if you want more than 1 print framing you would need to add the exact same amount of frames to your cart.

The print and framing service add on must be purchased at the same time or we will have to cancel your order.

Please note all framed prints take approx 2-5 business days to be delivered.

Our classic frames are crafted from sustainably sourced wood, by using our framing service add on your artwork will arrive ready to hang on your walls. 

Size A0 is available to UK customers only if you order an A0 frame from outside of the UK. The shipping is quite expensive so we would recommend choosing a size slightly smaller as it reduces the shipping by a lot.

This frame add on is excluded from free shipping and also buy 3 get 1 free deals.

International Orders

For international orders for framed prints we do charge shipping. As costs do differ greatly depending on the size of the frame being shipped. And which country they are being shipped to.

Recommended sizes and shipping costs

UK - free delivery on all framed prints

USA - Shipping is charged at $14.95 for all sizes except size A0 shipping costs for size A0 are £200. We recommend choosing a smaller size than A0 to avoid these costs.

Australia - Shipping is charged at $9.95 or all sizes except size A0 shipping costs for size A0 are £400. sizes 28x40, 30x40 and 32x40 are charged at £60 We recommend choosing a smaller size than A0 to avoid these costs.

New Zealand - Shipping is charged at $9.95 or all sizes except size A0 shipping costs for size A0 are £400. Size 28x40, 30x40 and size 32x40 are charged at £125. We recommend choosing a smaller size than A0, 28x40, 30x40 and 32x40 to avoid these costs.

European Union - Shipping is charged at £9.95 for all sizes except size A0 shipping costs for size A0 are £60.

Canada - Shipping is charged at £70 for all sizes except size A0 shipping costs for size A0 are £250. plus Size 28x40, 30x40 and size 32x40 are charged at £85.00. We do not recommend framing for Canadian customers as the shipping it expensive. Its is much cheaper to purchase a frame locally and frame yourself.

UAE - Shipping is charged at £125 for all sizes except size A0 shipping costs for size A0 are £450. plus Size 28x40, 30x40 and size 32x40 are charged at £200. We do not recommend framing for UAE customers as the shipping costs are expensive. Its is much cheaper to purchase a frame locally and frame yourself.

How it works If you ordered a print with the proof required option

1. Choose your print and add to cart.
2. Choose a frame using this listing, the print size and frame size must match.
3. We'll creatively incorporate your chosen colour, text and specific requests into the artwork, arranging them in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
4. We will email you digital proofs of your print for you to review and let us know if any edits need to be made before you approve of your design. Revisions are unlimited and totally free of charge.
5. Once you approve of your artwork, we'll lovingly print, frame and package your special, one-of-a-kind artwork, sending it on its merry way to you or someone lucky enough to be your gift recipient!

If you do not reply to our proof within 7 days. We will assume you are happy with the print and approve your artwork and ship your order.

Refunds/cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for framed prints as the production costs are too high for us to create your order. If your order arrives damaged please get in touch and we will send a replacement.

Import/customs duties Information

UK Customers - Import/customs duties
We are based in the UK and all of our prints for UK customers will be shipped from our studio in Staffordshire. There are no customs duties for UK customers.

EU Customers - Import/customs duties
We usually ship prints to the EU from the Netherlands so that customers do not have to pay customs duties on their orders within the EU. On rare occasions when we can not ship from the EU your print will be shipped from the UK and there may be customs due that are payable by the customer. By shipping from the EU your order will arrive in just a few days as it will not have to be processed through customs.

USA Customers - Import/customs duties
Since the USA introduced tariffs on international imports on the 5th April 2025. Orders to the USA are now shipped from inside the USA this means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid. 

Canadian Customers - Import/customs duties
Orders will be shipped from the UK or USA to Canada, Import duties are only usually due on items over $60 CAD import duties are usually 5% of the value of the item.

Australian Customers - Import/customs duties
Orders to Australia are now shipped from inside Australia this means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid. 

New Zealand Customers - Import/customs duties
Orders to the New Zealand are now shipped from Australia this means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid. 

UAE Customers - Import/customs duties
Orders will be shipped from the UK or EU to the UAE, Import duties are only usually due on orders over 3000 AED

Framed Prints
Our framed prints are usually delivered within 2-5 days worldwide, our framed prints are excluded from free shipping discounts And all discount codes.

To avoid customs duties all framed prints will be shipped from the UK for UK customers. From the EU for EU customers, From the USA for American and Canadian customers, From Australia for Australian and New Zealand Customers. The UAE is exempt from customs duties and will be usually shipped from the the UK or the EU.

Digital Files
Digital goods are emailed immediately after you approve your artwork.

Domestic Shipping Upgrades
Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next business day by 1pm upgrade available on UK orders. (order must be made before 1pm )

Royal Mail Lost Mail Policy
Lost mail claims will not be accepted until after 5 working days after the due delivery date for UK domestic orders and 10 working days after the due delivery date for all international orders. If your parcel is declared lost by royal mail we will ship you replacements prints.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders over £25.

Export duties may be payable if you order outside of the UK. As with all international orders the duties are to be paid by the purchaser. We recommend that customers please check before they place an order if they will be liable for import taxes.
