Our classic frames are crafted from sustainably sourced wood, by using our framing service add on your artwork will arrive ready to hang on your walls. 

Size A0 is available worldwide. However the shipping is very expensive outside of the UK and Europe so we would recommend choosing a size slightly smaller as it reduces the shipping by a lot.

This frame add on is excluded from free shipping and also buy 3 get 1 free deals.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, There may delays if your item is held by customs.

Refunds/cancellations

We do not accept refunds for framed or personalised items. If your item arrives damaged we will send a replacement. We will ask for photo evidence of the damage to the print or frame.

We do not accept cancellations for framed personalised prints as the production costs are too high for us to create your order.

Import/customs duties Information

UK Customers - Import/customs duties
We are based in the UK and all of our prints for UK customers will be shipped from our studio in Staffordshire. There are no customs duties for UK customers.

EU Customers - Import/customs duties
We ship prints and framed to the EU from the Netherlands so that customers do not have to pay customs duties on their orders within the EU. On very rare occasions when we can not ship from the EU your print will be shipped from the UK and there may be customs due that are payable by the customer. However this is very rare.

USA Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from within the USA. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid. 

Canadian Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from the within Canada or from USA or UK to the Canada, Import duties are only usually due on items over $60 CAD import duties are usually 5% of the value of the item. Most orders will be shipped from Canada with zero customs duties

Australian Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from within Australia. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid. 

New Zealand Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from Australia. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid

UAE Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from the UK or Australia to the UAE, Import duties are only usually due on orders over 3000 AED however we have seen instances where the UAE has charged import duties.

Digital Files
Digital goods are emailed immediately after you approve your artwork.

Lost Mail Policy
Lost mail claims will not be accepted until after 5 working days after the due delivery date for UK domestic orders and 10 working days after the due delivery date for all international orders. If your parcel is declared lost by royal mail we will ship you replacements prints.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders over £25.

Export duties are may be payable if you order outside of the UK. As with all international orders the duties are to be paid by the purchaser. We recommend that customers please check before they place an order if they will be liable for import taxes.
