It doesn't have to be your first dance. We can work with any video — a favourite song, a special moment, or even your whole wedding day captured frame by frame. The longer the video, the bigger the print, but that just means more wall space for more memories.
How It Works

- We will email you digital proofs of your print for you to review and let us know if any edits need to be made before you approve of your design. Revisions are unlimited and totally free of charge.
- Once you approve of your artwork, we'll lovingly print and package your special, one-of-a-kind artwork, sending it on its merry way to you or someone lucky enough to be your gift recipient!
If you do not reply to our proof within 7 days. We will assume you are happy with the print and approve your artwork and ship your order.

Framing
We offer traditional framing and float frame canvas on all of our prints at an additional cost. Please select your print finish above to use our framing service. For more information and images of the frames and canvas please click the link below.
Framing Delivery times:
Please note that we estimate 2–5 business days worldwide for the delivery of framed prints and 3–7 business days worldwide delivery for float framed canvas prints.
Revisions
We're happy to make unlimited tweaks to your personalised art, all included in the original price. We'll work on your art as soon as we can, but please allow 24 hours for each round of revisions.
We're usually out of the office on weekends, so please don't count those days towards our turnaround time.
If we don't hear back from you within 7 days, we'll assume you're happy with the art as is and we'll ship it out to you.
Turnaround Time
We will send you a proof within 1 business day of you placing your order (mon-fri) if you approve your order before 1pm we will ship your order on the same day.
Delivery & Returns
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.
For personalised prints (if requested) we will send you a proof within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) If you approve your proof by 1pm we will ship your order same day.
Domestic Shipping
Free Royal Mail 24 delivery on all UK domestic orders.
International Shipping
Free international tracked delivery on all international orders for prints over £50.
international tracked delivery from £8.95 on orders for prints below £50.
Please note we do charge shipping for framed prints on international orders. The shipping costs vary for for each size. small to medium sized frames are fairly priced for shipping however for very large prints anything above size A1 it can be expensive.
Delivery Times
• Estimated delivery time 1 Business day within the UK
• Estimated delivery time 2 - 4 Business days within the EU
• Estimated delivery time 2 - 5 Business days rest of the world
(weekends and public holidays are not classed as business days)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, There may delays if your item is held by customs.
Refunds/cancellations
We do not accept refunds for personalised items. If your item arrives damaged we will send a replacement. We will ask for photo evidence of the damage to the print or frame.
We do not accept cancellations for framed personalised prints as the production costs are too high for us to create your order.
Import/customs duties Information
UK Customers - Import/customs duties
We are based in the UK and all of our prints for UK customers will be shipped from our studio in Staffordshire. There are no customs duties for UK customers.
EU Customers - Import/customs duties
We usually ship prints to the EU from the Netherlands so that customers do not have to pay customs duties on their orders within the EU. On rare occasions when we can not ship from the EU your print will be shipped from the UK and there may be customs due that are payable by the customer. By shipping from the EU your order will arrive in just a few days as it will not have to be processed through customs.
USA Customers - Import/customs duties
Since the USA introduced tariffs on international imports on the 5th April 2025. Orders to the USA are now shipped from inside the USA this means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid.
Canadian Customers - Import/customs duties
Orders will be shipped from the UK or USA to Canada, Import duties are only usually due on items over $60 CAD import duties are usually 5% of the value of the item.
Australian Customers - Import/customs duties
Orders to Australia are now shipped from inside Australia this means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid.
New Zealand Customers - Import/customs duties
Orders to the New Zealand are now shipped from Australia this means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid.
UAE Customers - Import/customs duties
Orders will be shipped from the UK or EU to the UAE, Import duties are only usually due on orders over 3000 AED
Framed Prints
Our framed prints are usually delivered within 2-5 days worldwide, our framed prints are excluded from free shipping discounts And all discount codes.
To avoid customs duties all framed prints will be shipped from the UK for UK customers. From the EU for EU customers, From the USA for American and Canadian customers, From Australia for Australian and New Zealand Customers. The UAE is exempt from customs duties and will be usually shipped from the the UK or the EU.
Digital Files
Digital goods are emailed immediately after you approve your artwork.
Domestic Shipping Upgrades
Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next business day by 1pm upgrade available on UK orders. (order must be made before 1pm )
Royal Mail Lost Mail Policy
Lost mail claims will not be accepted until after 5 working days after the due delivery date for UK domestic orders and 10 working days after the due delivery date for all international orders. If your parcel is declared lost by royal mail we will ship you replacements prints.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders over £25.
Export duties may be payable if you order outside of the UK. As with all international orders the duties are to be paid by the purchaser. We recommend that customers please check before they place an order if they will be liable for import taxes.

- Colours displayed on your monitor may be slightly different to the printed piece of artwork.
