4. We print & ship
Your set is made to order and dispatched Monday to Friday. Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.

Digitally re-mastered vintage patents
Each print in your set is based on an original patent drawing, digitally re-mastered by us so every line and label is crisp, then printed to order. The Description tab lists the patents included in this set.

Every print is made to order on professional archival paper using Giclée printing, the same technology used by high-end galleries, and printed close to you for faster delivery.

Packaging
Your prints are packed in an acid-free protective sleeve, then sent in a hardboard-backed rigid envelope or rolled in a rigid postal tube depending on size. The sleeve protects your prints and makes them easy to remove and flatten, ready to hang.
Framing
Would you like your set framed? Add our classic frame, float framed canvas or premium box frame to your order, with the same number of frames as prints, in matching sizes. For example, ordering a set of 3 prints? Add 3 frames in the same size.
- Classic frame: includes a fine art print.
- Float framed canvas: includes premium canvas.
- Premium box frame: hand-stained real wood with a specialist wax finish, 33mm deep, with a fine art print behind clear acrylic glazing.
Frames come in black, white and natural.
Framing delivery times
We estimate 2–5 business days worldwide for framed prints and 3–7 business days worldwide for float framed canvas and premium box framed prints.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, There may delays if your item is held by customs.
Refunds/cancellations
We do not accept refunds for personalised items or framed prints. If your item arrives damaged we will send a replacement. We will ask for photo evidence of the damage to the print or frame.
Our framing service is a custom service so it not part of our return policy.
Import/customs duties Information
UK Customers - Import/customs duties
We are based in the UK and all of our prints and framed for UK customers will be shipped from our studio in Staffordshire. There are no customs duties for UK customers.
USA Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from within the USA. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid.
EU Customers - Import/customs duties
We ship prints and framed prints to the EU from the Netherlands so that customers do not have to pay customs duties on their orders within the EU. On rare occasions when we can not ship from the EU your print will be shipped from the UK and there may be customs due that are payable by the customer.
Australian Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from within Australia. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid.
New Zealand Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from Australia. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid
UAE Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from the UK or Australia to the UAE, Import duties are only usually due on orders over 3000 AED however we have seen instances where the UAE has charged import duties.
Canadian Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from the within Canada or from USA or UK to the Canada, Import duties are only usually due on items over $60 CAD import duties are usually 5% of the value of the item. Most orders will be shipped from Canada with zero customs duties
Lost Mail Policy
Lost mail claims will not be accepted until after 5 working days after the due delivery date for UK domestic orders and 10 working days after the due delivery date for all international orders. If your parcel is declared lost by royal mail we will ship you replacements prints.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders over £25.
Export duties may be payable if you order outside of the UK. As with all international orders the duties are to be paid by the purchaser. We recommend that customers please check before they place an order if they will be liable for import taxes.
