For example, if you order a 20x20 inch unframed rolled canvas print for stretching over stretcher bars, we recommend a 2.5 inch border, which means the canvas will fit a 17.5 inch square frame.
About Our Maps
We use old maps from between 1920 and 1990 to give the print a real retro look. Which we think looks way better than modern maps for this style of print. The retro maps really give the whole print a look that simply can't be achieved by using modern maps.
Revisions
We're happy to make unlimited tweaks to your personalised art, all included in the original price. We'll work on your art as soon as we can, but please allow 24 hours for each round of revisions.
We're usually out of the office on weekends, so please don't count those days towards our turnaround time.
If we don't hear back from you within 7 days, we'll assume you're happy with the art as is and we'll ship it out to you.
Turnaround Time
We will email you a proof within 1 business day of you placing your order (mon-fri) if you approve your order before 1pm we will ship your order on the same day.
Digital goods are emailed immediately after you approve your artwork.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.
For personalised prints (if requested) we will send you a proof within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) If you approve your proof by 1pm we will ship your order same day.

Refunds/cancellations
We do not accept refunds for personalised items or framed prints. If your item arrives damaged we will send a replacement. We will ask for photo evidence of the damage to the print or frame.
Our framing service is a custom service so it not part of our return policy.
Import/customs duties Information
UK Customers - Import/customs duties
We are based in the UK and all of our prints and framed for UK customers will be shipped from our studio in Staffordshire. There are no customs duties for UK customers.
USA Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from within the USA. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid.
EU Customers - Import/customs duties
We ship prints and framed prints to the EU from the Netherlands so that customers do not have to pay customs duties on their orders within the EU. On rare occasions when we can not ship from the EU your print will be shipped from the UK and there may be customs due that are payable by the customer.
Australian Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from within Australia. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid.
New Zealand Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from Australia. This means your order will arrive within just a few days and there are no customs duties to be paid
UAE Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from the UK or Australia to the UAE, Import duties are only usually due on orders over 3000 AED however we have seen instances where the UAE has charged import duties.
Canadian Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints and framed prints will be shipped from the within Canada or from USA or UK to the Canada, Import duties are only usually due on items over $60 CAD import duties are usually 5% of the value of the item. Most orders will be shipped from Canada with zero customs duties

Digital goods are emailed immediately after you approve your artwork.
Lost Mail Policy
Lost mail claims will not be accepted until after 5 working days after the due delivery date for UK domestic orders and 10 working days after the due delivery date for all international orders. If your parcel is declared lost by royal mail we will ship you replacements prints.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders over £25.
Export duties may be payable if you order outside of the UK. As with all international orders the duties are to be paid by the purchaser. We recommend that customers please check before they place an order if they will be liable for import taxes.

Packaging
Sizes 4x6, 5x7, A6, A5 and size A4 prints are packaged in an acid free protective sleeve, Which is then placed inside hard board backed rigid envelopes. Sizes 11x14, 11x17, 16x20, 20x24, 20x30, 24x34, 24x36. A3, A2, A1, A0 are rolled in an acid free protective sleeve, Which is then placed inside rigid postal tubes.
Our protective sleeve not only protects your Print. It also makes it easier to remove your print from the postal tube without any damage. This also makes it easier to flatten your image out, ready to hang on your walls.
Important Notes
- Frame is not included unless you add the framing add on.
- Colours displayed on your monitor may be slightly different to the printed piece of artwork.
